Prison facilities must have a machine that checks what is in someone's body and every prison guard must be checked daily when they enter fsnd going home using that machine, also to check every inmates daily but let them keep dragga, (cause it is legal now=and cigarettes but no weapons and illegal drugs. Also no inmates must eat for free but work daily or few days a week, to let them sit whole day gives them times to plan to do wrong keep them working, government must find, things they can do wit out without payment but must be obligation to work for their meal and study.

Correctional service must change its conditions they must keep the gangs aside and people that are not gangs one side cause this gang are not normal if you get arrested without money they fight for you all gangs and some get there without crime but jail make them criminals after

if this guy was appointed as correctional officer and do basic training and how to learn the behavior of an inmate.As long inmate have to much right we can close al correctional facility. It's my opinion.
