I’m sorry my fuse is short with this sort of stuff these days And by “this sort of stuff” I mean majoring in the minors Stuff that’s distracting people from the BIG rocks Most of America doesn’t exercise or eat enough fruits and veg But we’re measuring out an entire bottle of BBQ sauce…for what? Shock value and clicks? I know there are super intense macro counting people reading this like “BUT THOSE CALORIES CAN ADD UP!!” I’m not saying you shouldn’t acknowledge that I’m not saying it’s impossible to have a few hundred calories of this per day if you’re using a lot of it at multiple meals I’m just frustrated with the % of content that falls in the forrest for trees column.
