I wanna talk about this scene because I feel like it’s really important, especially when Pheem says, “Why does it have to be you?” That one line says so much about where she is emotionally. Pheem had already fallen for Pan before she fully knew who Pan was. So when she finds out what she thinks Pan does, it clashes with the prejudices she already has and completely breaks her heart. And the sad part is, Pan isn’t actually selling herself—Pheem just doesn’t understand the full situation yet. Pheem’s whole thing right now is control. Control the situation, control what happens next, control her own heart so she doesn’t get hurt again. But Pan is the one thing she can’t control… and honestly, she can’t even control how she feels about her. I think that’s why we’re seeing this side of Pheem now. She’s trying to keep everything around her under control because that’s how she protects herself from getting hurt. But with Pan, none of that is working. We’ve already seen how gentle Pheem can be, so I don’t think this side of her is coming from nowhere. She’s hurt, confused, angry, and reacting to something she doesn’t fully understand. That doesn’t mean everything she does is okay, but I do think understanding why she’s acting this way matters. We’re only on Episode 2. 🍅🍲 SOPA DE TOMATE 🌮✨ 🔸Ingredientes (6–8 personas)🔸 Sopa: 🔹2 kg de tomates maduros 🔹1 kg de muslos de pollo 🔹½ pimiento verde 🔹1 cebolla 🔹1 zanahoria 🔹1 cda de chiles secos normales 🔹½ cda de chiles secos picantes 🔹1 cda de orégano 🔹½ cdita de comino 🔹3 tortillas de maíz 🔹Parte verde del puerro o cebolleta 🔹Aceite de oliva 🔹Sal Pico de gallo: 🔹1 cebolla morada grande 🔹500 gr de tomate 🔹1 ramillete de cilantro fresco 🔹Zumo de 2 limas 🔹Sal Emplatado: 🔹Aguacate en dados 🔹Pollo desmigado 🔹Pico de gallo 🔹Totopos caseros 🔹Queso rallado 🔹Chorrito de lima 🔸Elaboración🔸 1️⃣ Sopa • Cortar los tomates en cuartos y dorarlos bien así como los muslos de pollo y las verduras. • Añadir a la olla las especias y el resto de ingredientes. Cubrir con agua y cocinar en olla exprés 30 min. 2️⃣ Triturar y colar • Retirar la parte verde de la cebolleta. • Reservar los muslos de pollo y desmenuzarlos cuando estén templados • Triturar y colar la sopa. 3️⃣ Pico de gallo • Picar muy fina la cebolla morada. • Picar el tomate sin su pulpa y el cilantro. • Añadir el zumo de lima y la sal. Mezclar. 4️⃣ Totopos caseros • Cortar las tortillas en triángulos. • Freidora de aire u horno 5 min a 180–200°C, hasta que estén dorados. Dejar enfriar. 5️⃣ Emplatado • Servir la sopa caliente y todos los toppings. 🔻CHARLES CONSEJO🔺 • Puedes añadir un chorrito de nata al final.
