The place is beautiful and the beachfront is definitely a plus, but the staff really needs improvement. We stayed for a few days and found some of the front desk/kitchen staff quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. We even overheard their staff training about being polite and respectful to customers, which made it more disappointing when the actual service felt the opposite. We were also not allowed to use certain tables and chairs despite being checked-in guests, while they were occupied by non-staying visitors. Overall, great place, but the service definitely needs work. 🤷🏻‍♀️
