I feel like his end game is that he thinks he is better than everybody and smarter, and more equipped to defend himself because of grandiose narcissism. He genuinely believes he has a shot to get not guilty . He IS incredibly intelligent and I think he's a psychopath. I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't his first time doing something like this... he's just really annoyed now that he's been caught this time and he's experiencing a narcissistic injury. I'm scared his arrogance MIGHT work in his favour !
