I've raised mine to have this type of religious choice. Im not lying, I have 5 kids, one is Christian, 2 are atheist, one is Pagan and the youngest will look at you stupid if you bring up religion.

I always see non christian parents being so supportive when their children decide to go to church but I NEVER see the oppposite. a christian parent allowing their child to choose not to be religious

I did this. She chose a UPC apostolic pentecostal church 😭 the same religion I deconstructed from. She went for YEARS and even went to churchcamp every summer. GUESS WHAT. She got way into it, like, so much into it that she started reading her Bible and doing Bible studies with her friends AND THEN she decided the Bible doesn't make sense and that christians dont follow the Bible and now she kinda thinks it's a sham. 😂

My son said the same thing. he really wanted to go to church. I told him I will absolutely take him and he knew which one he wanted to go to because his friends went and come to find out. he only wanted to go for the cinnamon rolls that they make. 🤣

christianity is pushed so so hard kids feel the need to become christian coming from a fellow child. when i was agnostic all my friends begged me to go to church with them but luckily i stayed agnostic in the long run

The comments are not it. A lot of adults who are not religious are like that for a reason. We use to believe and decided it wasn’t for us. Good on her for allowing he daughter to chose what she wants to believe in.
