Banana iced latte is so good for this weather — creamy, naturally sweet, and actually tastes like banana bread in a glass. Here are two ways to make it, depending on what you have at home. 1. The Real Banana Version [my favorite] Creamier and more filling, like a coffee smoothie. Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen for at least 2 hours 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 3/4 cup milk of choice (oat milk is amazing here) 1 to 2 tsp maple syrup, honey, or condensed milk, optional 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon Ice cubes Equipment: Blender Instructions: Blend the base: In a blender, add frozen banana, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener if using. Blend until completely smooth and thick. Make it iced: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour: Pour the banana milk over the ice, about 3/4 full. Top with coffee: Slowly pour your espresso or strong coffee on top to get that latte swirl. Stir lightly before drinking. Tip: If your banana isn't frozen, just add a big handful of ice to the blender. It will be a little thinner but still delicious. ## 2. The 3-Minute Cafe Version No blender needed, perfect when you want it fast. Ingredients: 1/2 cup banana milk (like Binggrae or any local banana milk) 1/2 cup regular milk 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee Ice Instructions: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in banana milk and regular milk. Add espresso on top and stir. Make it yours Stronger coffee kick: Use 2 shots or cold brew concentrate Dessert version: Add 1 tbsp peanut butter or Nutella to the blender Dairy-free / vegan: Use oat or almond milk + maple syrup Protein boost: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to the blender version Less sweet: Skip the added sweetener, a super ripe banana is usually sweet enough #fyp #drinks #banana #latte
