ST7 registrar on 77k absolute joke! They’re basically consultants and make life or death decisions and they’re paid 77k. My daughter makes more by selling on TikTok. Absolute joke this country, advice for all doctors to consider Canada and America at least when you become a consultant your salary goes up massively
