Apple fritter loaf cake 🍎🍁 Thanks to @Tiffany Starr for this recipe! Ingredients: For the apples: 2-3 apples peeled and diced 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Topping: 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon Ingredients: 1/2 cup softened butter 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 & 3/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup whole milk Glaze: 2-3 tbsp whole milk 1 cup powdered sugar How to: Start by combining brown sugar & cinnamon in bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl add peeled and diced apples, cinnamon, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl add softened butter and granulated sugar- mix on high speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. Next add in: all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Lastly add in whole milk and mix. Laney loaf pan with parchment paper. Add half of your cake mixture in the bottom of the pan. Top with 1/2 of your apples and 1/2 of your cinnamon brown sugar mixture. Repeat one more time. Next use a butter knife to swirl it around a few times. My loaf pan is 9 x 5 x 2.5 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Add powdered sugar and milk in a bowl to make the glaze mix well -top hot fritter cake with the glaze and serve! #apples #fallrecipe #applefritter #fall #trending
