I don’t know why they stopped doing HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns. Even here in Kenya it has reduced greatly. Although people are more comfortable with testing now. In my opinion the campaigns must come back - people need reminders of how it spreads and how to prevent infection. We also have a program in a coastal city where addicts exchange used injections for new ones, in the interest of public health.
