I'd recommend sending an email to their Customer Relations team. That's what worked for me...I only sent one email, and they got back to me almost immediately. Hopefully, you'll have the same luck ([email protected])

Lost one parcel and returned 2 to 2 different senders recently with no explanation why. shameful, terrible company. "Customer service team is growing" to deal with all the complaints no doubt.
