Some of my crews used to do this. But when I started breaking down that it’s a legal document, and if something happens during the deposition and discovery, when it comes to the attorneys, they will be going back to investigate. They’ll look for willful violations and willful acts of hiding evidence lol who does the blame go on the person willfully doing it or the company that enforces it. After that, our foreman to make sure that JSA was filled out. 😂😂😂
