Take your time with healing. One thing I did notice that there are a lot of things they didn’t tell me (in Ontario) like taking Folic acid is important and Magnesium as well. They didn’t offer any HRT or an estrogen patch. I wish I knew about that. I know it is hard not to think about the results. I am keeping u in my prayers
