Recruiter here, she’s right. I get the whole “LinkedIn is social media and I hate it” - yeah sure but it’s also your online resume. We have many tools to search for talent, but LinkedIn is on the top 3, if your LinkedIn is empty - we are skipping you, if it has the details of what we are looking for, we are going to reach out to you with new opportunities - now why would you block yourself from new opportunities 🤔
