Don't like the camera. Don't know what to say. Don't think anyone cares. Worried coworkers will see it. Don't consider themselves a “thought leader.” You don't need to become an influencer. You need to become discoverable for what you know. Start uncomfortable. Teach one thing. Share one opinion. Explain one problem you've learned how to solve. Hit record before you feel ready.
