Organisation: 🔵 This technical finishing practice takes place in a 20 by 35-yard area and focuses on players movement to get in behind and finish in the final third. 🔵 There are two teams of three in this practice, with the left team starting first. 🔵 To begin, our midfielder plays wide to our left winger who receives round the cone. 🔵 Our striker performs a “show and go” movement to receive the through ball in behind to finish. 🔵 We repeat this sequence on the right stations with a variation in movement by the striker, as shown in the example image in the session plan, when receiving the through ball.
