when I was younger I'd put panty liners across the back heel of high heels also if balls of feet hurt cut a sanitary towel to fit snug inside whole shoe x good luck

Idk if this is helpful for you but you can get foam adhesive heel stickers to go inside your shoes! They were a lifesaver when I had dr martens as school shoes :)

get gel sticky pads for the ankle bit!! they really help, especially if the blisters are from the shoes moving up and down when you walk
