growing up I used to want to save the world. Growing up I worked in corrections at 17 I saw a lot of things not just what people did before but what they did during and how others acted towards me for being younger co-workers and peds. After getting put in harms way from my Lt's and Sgt's I quit trusting those I was told to trust. At 19 I learned people are not it, don't trust anyone and everyone is just another number. I'm 24 and I've seen so much and now that I'm in a normal work space i stand out so badly lol. I learned to live by myself and rely on my own for this kind of experience I couldn't ask for more but it's sad because I know I will never have a relationship with anyone that I will truly feel welcomed or loved.
