I think that’s something I have thought a lot about over the years, I am not in any position to help foster kids at this point in time but I know the resources and programs that were available because I have researched and helped friends that were struggling but if that is something then it’s better than nothing but also the knowledge is very location based so I’m curious how else to help

I’m sorry that society treated you so poorly. I didn’t have a very good childhood but I did have someone that loved me even if she couldn’t really take care of me. I hope you feel loved by someone and hope you have someone to call whenever something exciting happens. I miss calling my mom and telling her about my day. I’ll follow your account to listen

As a public defender, I saw it a lot. Being homeless basically guarantees you're going to end up with a criminal record, ruined credit because you can't pay the court fines so those go to collections, and it basically ensures you stay homeless. I'm old, never married, no kids. once I have my place fixed up, I'm going to foster. least I can do.
