I have lived with my boyfriend since 2017. I am still legally married since 2005. My legal husband abandoned me and I haven't seen or heard from him since basically April 1, 2012. The only reason that I haven't filed for a divorce is because I can't afford an attorney, legal fees, or court costs as well as not knowing his location. I am disabled so fat chance I will find the money for legal fees. In my heart I am divorced from the husband and remarried to my boyfriend whom I have been faithful to since we moved in together in 2017. I was single for five years in between 2012 and 2017. My boyfriend is in the exact same situation with his current wife ( if you can believe that!!! ). My boyfriend and I are devout believers in YHWH. Trump recently said that if you have been together with your partner for more than seven years then you are considered to be in a Common-Law Marriage. The point is this, my boyfriend and I are committed to each other as if we are legally married and follow all the financial laws and Godly laws regarding marriage. So, are we living in sin or not???
