#copied.. He’s on CCTV entering the deceased place of work with a cart box, he’s then seen leaving with the cart from that box and an object in it. His trucks seen on variois CCTVs with the cart in the back and an object in the cart. (So we know the cart was placed in the truck somehow) his phone connects to the wifi of the deceased place of work when he returned to collect the box he left. He hasn’t challenged any of this evidence other than you can’t physically lift a cart with a body in it, yes because we know u didn’t lift it! That’s why he’s constantly going on about it, he probably used a ramp or plank of wood. Also the deceased DNA was found in the cart and the truck. His phone pinged his trip to the dump and his truck pinged ANPR cameras, he hasn’t given a reason for this trip. When arrested he was found in possession of drugs to paralyse a person, brass knuckles, Scissors, passport, a large sum of money and a stab vest with the deceased DNA on it! When arrested he removed the handcuffs from rear to front and began sucking his fingers and nails to remove DNA. He has failed to give any other reason to why he attended at the deceased place of work, why his vehicle was captured on CCTV, what was in the cart, why did he drive to the dump! Should have got legal representation because his defence is poor.
