This is exactly why I commented that. There are more versatile knives out there that are safer to use. I just get so confused and annoyed when I see it in a video and that person regularly makes cooking content. If you make cooking content, you should be using the correct knife and holding it properly. I don’t think that’s a crazy ask.

Honestly I use my biggest knife for every thing 😭 it’s sharp and has a blade protector. My best friend got it for me for Yule a couple years ago

my gma/mom only had a paring knife and steak knives in the house when I was growing up, they thought having anything else was pointless 🤷 I honestly thought it was normal until I learned about other knives in home ec
