@redlinewire: Russia launched another large-scale drone and missile attack on Kyiv overnight, injuring at least 20 people and damaging buildings across the Ukrainian capital and surrounding region. Explosions began around 12:30 a.m., with another wave of ballistic missiles hitting the city several hours later. Air raid alerts sounded across much of Ukraine as the attack continued, with drones still reported around Kyiv after 7 a.m. An education facility in Kyiv was damaged in the strikes, while fires and damage were also reported at homes and other properties in the surrounding Kyiv region. The attack came just two days after another Russian strike on the capital killed one person and injured at least 12 others. It also comes as the U.S. government backs legislation that could impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries that continue purchasing Russian oil and gas.
