The Nature of True Impact and Proximity ✨ Energetic Resonance: Effective leadership does not depend solely on physical proximity or constant oversight. Elevating internal clarity, focus, and composure creates an unspoken baseline. When an individual operates from a grounded, unshakeable state, others sense that stability without requiring extensive dialogue. ✨ Unconditional Presence: Operating with absolute composure ensures that a leader's internal state remains independent of the immediate environment. Maintaining steady awareness gives those around them permission to drop defensive postures and engage authentically. Indirect Leadership: Setting an example through quiet, self-contained excellence often serves as a more powerful catalyst for others than direct instruction. Mastery and internal poise demonstrate possibility far more effectively than words. ✨ Quality of Engagement: Filtering out superficial distractions preserves vitality. When interaction does occur, it remains deliberate, focused, and impactful rather than exhausting..

Yes, and the problem with that is I have to wait for other people to catch up so life can move in stages from anywhere. I’m ahead of the curve. People can’t believe what they can’t understand what they can’t see but yes, I can point you a few situations right now where did I see it play out in exact steps of course not that’s impossible. Did I see the patterns of behaviour patterns of the universe and how just maintaining my authenticity through it good victory yes

Nobody really warned me that becoming a mom would make me miss my own mom in an entirely different way. Before having a baby, I missed her in the obvious moments. Birthdays. Holidays. When something big happened and I instinctively wanted to call her. But postpartum? It’s the random Tuesday at 3:19am. It’s sitting beside the crib after finally getting the baby back down and desperately wanting to text: “Is this normal?” “Did I do this too?” “How did you survive this?” Or honestly just… “Mom, I’m tired.” And realizing all over again that I can’t. That night I was having a particularly hard time. Baby wouldn’t settle, I was exhausted, and I kept thinking how badly I wanted my mom. So I opened my phone mostly because I needed something to distract my brain. I found this map showing moms who were awake at that exact moment. Every little dot was another mom feeding, pumping, rocking, or trying to get her baby back to sleep. Then three moms sent me a hug. California. England. Another mom somewhere else in the world who had absolutely no idea who I was or what kind of night I was having. I cried. Obviously 😂😭 Because no, it’s not the hug I actually wanted. Nothing could replace that. But there was something incredibly comforting about another mom, awake in her own dark house with her own baby, basically saying: I see you. I’m here too. Motherhood has made me understand my mom in ways I never got the chance to tell her. I understand why she worried. Why she called to make sure I got home. Why she always wanted to feed everyone. Why she could somehow tell something was wrong from the way I said “hello.” And I would give anything to tell her that now. So if your mom is still here and you have the kind of relationship where you can… Text her. Call her. Ask her the stupid question. Tell her you’re tired. And if she isn’t here anymore, especially during those middle-of-the-night moments when you want her most… I hope you find little reminders that you’re still being held somehow. Even if tonight it’s just three moms on the other side of the world sending you a tiny hug through your phone. 💛 #mom #baby #MomsofTikTok #momtok #momlife
