We tried for nearly 9months (I know it’s not THAT long in the grand scheme of things but) what I think ended up being our game changer was the Inito and I took mucinex the whole week of ovulation. I finally caved and bought an Inito and we got pregnant on the second cycle with it! My results were so much better than just the LH strips, but I have irregular periods.

In chinese medicine, they tell you to wear socks and drinking warm soups and tea’s. This is a practice that has been done for years! its quite nice to see people discover this

Been drinking hot tea/ coffee, socks at night, pomegranate juice, and baby aspirin. Also just had a confirmed ovulation!!!!! Fingers crossed

you shouldn't drink any herbal tea.. some herbal teas may not be appropriate during pregnancy.

how long did it take you to ovulate again? i lost my daughter in june and i don’t think ive ovulated again since. my LH rises but my strips never get quite to positive

I conceived this cycle first pregnancy in 8 years but 4 months of actively trying this cycle I used mucinex pre seed socks on feet, warm soups I drank a lot of pomegranate juice and ate a lot of beets both great for blood flow warm coffees and I also used my heated seat in my car a lot lol 😂

Had a loss in May as well after two years TTC. This cycle I ovulated and did warm socks, pomegranate juice, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, prenatals, hot tea every night. 13 DPO still negative 😔 I’m trying Mucinex next cycle!
