I don't think the store should be blamed for anything.. this thief broke in and stole alcohol got drunk. He chose to get behind the wheel of a car and drive. That's his fault he was killed in a car accident. That's not the liquor store's fault. I feel the liquor store shouldn't pay a dime. File for bankruptcy then Mom won't get a dime.
