I had to do a section 28 hearing against my ex last year it was the most frightening thing ive ever done. but im so proud of my self. I am a grape and dv survivor and I went and told the police everything 3 years later to protect my daughter. this judge is what all of them should be like. my ex got 20 years in prison I am so proud I fought. and the women he is talking about whoever she may be is such a strong women and I am ever so proud of her ❤️

Not going to lie, I teared up when he called her a hero and it didn't stop. This judge is the standard women need for cases like this. So many women are further punished in the court room, this woman was clearly listened to by a fair judge who HEARD HER correctly as a fellow human. We need more people lile him in our legal system.

the justice system traumatised ne so much more than what I went through. for 5 years I couldn't speak to anyone about it, I was a child at the time. there was no gentleness, no dignity. it was invasive and traumatic
