@runqiaodu: No quick fix in ballet. Sometimes the correction is simple: a little more plié, keep lifting through the transition, soften the body, spot the head. But knowing the correction and being able to do it naturally are two different things. When a combination still feels unfamiliar, the body gets rigid. With more repetition, the steps become familiar, the tension starts to go away, and the correction becomes part of the movement instead of something you have to think about every second. So when something isn’t working yet, don’t rush to find another trick. Go back to the basics. Repeat it. Build the habit.
