I really don’t think there’s a difference of developing ai. I think US wants to have no guardrails, so elites can do whatever they want to do for absolute power and control; and maybe slow down china’s zaI development and advancement. One major difference of China’ai is that they have self control to mak sure tech like si is used for greater goo for humanity and society.
