People think seasoning is drowning food in spices and powders. Seasoning is a knowledge what goes with what. Dont ovepowering natural flavours and ingredients. There’s a balance.

it's because we use actual vegtables to season out food while Americans have everything in powder. We wouldn't use powder garlic because we would already add real garlic 😭🙏
