This is hard to watch because I don’t like violence! I will say, he was capable of coming out the window and refused to get out by opening the door when he was given the chance multiple times! Once they have a clear path to remove him and started to, they need to keep physical control of his hands! Going out the window keeps that control versus letting go of him to change position. That opens the officer up to the suspect using that moment to grab a weapon!
