Hi, I'm kayPOWXD and I have #ADHD. 💕 This is probably not a surprise to anyone... but it was still a lot to process for me! I am still digesting it, but I wanted to finally spill the beans because it's something I'd like to talk about more openly. A lot of my struggles recently (and all my life) finally make sense... it's a lot to take in! 💕 It's time for a new chapter, one where I have more support for how my brain functions! I'm already feeling a difference, just by approaching things with a new mindset, but I have applied for more helpful things too. Trying to forgive myself for all the failures that have stemmed from it all, that's a whole thing by itself. Speaking to my assessor was so eye opening, it brought me a lot of peace over things I have been frustrated and sad over for a long time. As I mention in the video, there may be more to it too... I just got filming a video (hence the greenscreen lol) and felt it was time. It's a bit all over the place, because I didn't plan it and was running on 1% brain battery... but I can't keep this to myself anymore. At least the video is authentic? 😹✨️
