@suquilanda45: Galaxy 🌌 swirl Apple 🍏 Ingredients: 4 crisp apples 3.5 oz Blue Raspberry Jolly Ranchers, unwrapped 3.5 oz Cherry or Grape Jolly Ranchers, unwrapped 2 tbsp granulated sugar, divided 2 tbsp water, divided 4 wooden candy apple sticks Parchment paper, for setting Instructions: 1. Prepare the apples Wash and dry the 4 apples thoroughly. Remove excess wax if necessary so the candy coating adheres properly. Insert one wooden candy apple stick into the stem end of each apple. 2. Prepare the blue candy Place 3.5 oz Blue Raspberry Jolly Ranchers in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 tbsp water. 3. Prepare the red or purple candy In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine 3.5 oz Cherry or Grape Jolly Ranchers with the remaining 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water. 4. Melt both colors Microwave each bowl in short intervals, stirring carefully between intervals, until both candy mixtures are completely melted and smooth. 5. Create the galaxy mixture Pour the melted red or purple candy directly into the bowl containing the melted blue candy. Do not stir. Allow the two colors to remain in distinct ribbons and streaks. 6. Dip the apples Hold an apple by its wooden stick and submerge it into the center of the two-tone candy mixture. Twist the apple as you slowly pull it upward, allowing the blue and red or purple candy to wrap around the apple in a marbled swirl. 7. Set the candy shell Allow excess candy to drip away, then place the coated apple on parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining apples, rotating them differently to create unique galaxy patterns. 8. Cool completely Allow the candy shells to cool and harden completely before touching or serving. 9. Serve Arrange the finished galaxy swirl apples on a serving platter and enjoy once the candy coating is fully hardened. Safety: Melted hard candy is extremely hot and can cause severe burns. Handle the candy carefully, keep children away from the hot mixture, and allow the finished apples to cool completely before serving.
