The best trick I’ve found for a strong password is take something easy to remember and then move each letter to the left or right by one key. Ex: donut would become sibyr

They also use them to “nickname “ the accounts not realizing the nicknames are seen by the bank tellers as well. So if you say “the account ends with 0854. But have it nicknamed “cocaine & hookers “ the account number doesn’t show the teller sees “ cocaine & hookers” on their screen
