A normal bagel is 13ish grams of protein with the same amount of calories.. so this is a high protein bagel

The label doesn't have to conform to your formula of what "high protein" means, the fact is this is a straight carb that is still 30% protein, that's pretty high, your made-up definition doesn't determine anything
