@designbylaney: DIY-ing your wedding invitations is a great way to save money, but there are some things I really would not attempt if I were you. Wax seals: they take practice, some equipment, and one wrong move can ruin your paper. The entire design: you’re likely to miss important data or etiquette, image handling is genuinely tough, and graphic design is a job for a reason. Printing: it’s just hard. Home printers struggle with paper stocks, colors, and finishing. Die-cutting (especially on a Cricut): please just outsource. And please don’t try to cut 100 perfect circles with scissors (your hand will fall off). Envelope printing: most printers really struggle with envelopes, especially small ones.
