@flavoroverhype: Stopped by @Hatch Brunch in Huntington and this is definitely a fun brunch spot if you’re looking for something beyond your typical breakfast. Their menu puts creative twists on brunch classics, with everything from specialty coffees to some seriously over the top pancakes. We tried the Iced Banana Latte and the Flight of the Pancakes, and the pancakes were easily the star of the show. You get to choose three different pancake flavors, which is perfect if you can never decide on just one. We went with the Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Roll, and Blueberry Danish, and every single one brought something different. This is definitely one of those orders that looks just as good as it tastes. Overall, Hatch is a solid brunch spot with a huge menu, fun atmosphere, and plenty of options if you’re going with a group.
