I have breakfast at about 6am at work then home, 2 magnesium and straight to bed. bacon or sausages with eggs/Tom's at 4pm then a sarnie and crisps at 1am 😂

Bacon and sausage baps with a nice hot chocolate and it knocks me out straight away. Then for tea I cook something for me and the kids and because I’m still tired they don’t have a choice, they eat it or else
