My cousin died two years ago from alcoholism and I didn’t know until he died that he had a heart attack a year before and the dr told him he was going to die in year if he didn’t quit and he definitely did die the next year.

Alcohol is the only drug that people are trying to incite you to drink. They see you as boring if you don’t drink which is insane. I stopped completely many years ago after a bad hangover, not worth it even the slightest.

Ive never liked drinking, once I got passed the stage where peer pressure could get to me I completely stopped. Haven’t gotten drunk since I was going to become a mom. (15 years ago)

I'm at 5 1/2 month 0 alcohol , after 20 years hard drinking, real hard. I've lost a little over 40 lbs, my blood pressure has gone WAY down. Those are the great things. I'm still try to figure out sober me, it's weird. Lol.😳
