@notesfrompreye: A few days ago, I was invited to perform at a book reading for The Pain and The Promise, written by the respected Nigerian columnist, Mr. Paul C. Nwabuikwu, and hosted by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). I shared a piece called Maybe Tomorrow, Today—a reflection of Nigeria and her people waiting, becoming, and learning that some answers only arrive when we stop chasing them. it was truly an honour and privilege to turn ink into voice in a room filled with lovers of literature. A little snippet of my performance. #spokenword #poetry #bookreading #creativetiktok #writer
