Breck Jones, the public information officer at the Oxford Police Department, confirmed Tuesday that 19 mounted police officers will be in the Oxford downtown square area Saturday – and Kiffin's return is being met with the necessary safety arrangements for what is expected to be an unpredictable game-day setting.
