The scroll animation is cool, but an average user would have to wonder why he's got to scroll multiple times before seeing details of the website, don't you think? did you count the number of times you scrolled up before seeing some details? it's cool though.

Now the UX issue here is multiplec scrolling, count how many swipes you did just to get past the door and the entire hero. That alone can send a signal of fatigue to the brain of the user because the thumb is getting weaker. One of the fix would be to increase the speed & smoothness of the video interaction. The interaction is already a hook but it needs to be better because users scan with massive curiosity to see what's next.
