I asked more for the point of it not being in our rules. Many districts around where I work allow teachers to wear hats, even some wear shorts and regular tee shirts as classroom teachers.

Also my school district now allows students to wear things on their heads, so it’s erases the original argument I was given by an AP. Just interesting to me.
