Honestly it’s the best thing to live in as a young person right now. I’m 21 and in college and bought mine for $12,000 and the lot only costs $750 a month to rent.

it's not normal for black ppl to stay in trailer parks but honestly this is the best place I've ever lived just make sure you have central air or air conditioners cause it's definitely a tin can it gets hot asffff lol

ive lived in trailers my entire life and have never had my own room and still my mom has barely been ablw to afford rent and groceries. Now when i look for trailers for rent theyre all $1200+ a month, plus extra fees for pets which im not abandoning.

honestly trailer is still a home doesn't mean you don't or do have money you could very well have a lot of money and want to live in a trailer for a smaller space or for more affordability it's still a house and shouldn't get the stereotype that they tend to get
