Has the necessary consent or registration been obtained where required? 5. And can my title be properly traced and perfected? This is why I always advise property buyers/ Real estate investors: Don't just ask, “How much is the property?” Ask: “What documents will I receive, and what do those documents actually do for me?” Because when you are investing your hard-earned money in real estate, ignorance of the right documentation can become a very expensive mistake.
