Try this mouthwatering Mutton pulao and thank me later 😌 Ingredients: 5 tbsp oil Mutton, cut into 1–1½ inch pieces 2 tbsp tomato purée 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tomatoes 1 fried onion 5–6 cloves 2 bay leaves 2 cinnamon sticks ½ tbsp whole black pepper 2 black cardamoms 2½ glasses water 2 garlic bulbs 4–5 dried red chillies 1 tbsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp salt 1 glass soaked rice Method of Preparation: Heat oil in a pot, add mutton and fry until lightly golden. Add tomato purée and sauté. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and fried onion. Mix, cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, whole black pepper and black cardamom. Mix well. Transfer to a pressure cooker. Add water, garlic bulbs, dried red chillies, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes after the first whistle. Allow the pressure to release naturally. Add the soaked rice, close the lid and cook on very low flame for 6–8 minutes. Turn off the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then open the lid and allow the steam to escape. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with raita! #fyp #viral #mutton #pulao #rice
