@peterhartnick: Spar Vantage Mall can the Head office do something about the poor service people get. It's not the first time in the afternoon where there's only a few cashiers on duty. The people come from work and the service is pathetic.

This was today, myself and another customer that was standing in the queue for long could not understand why they were not opening up more tills. We brought it down to them maybe being short staffed but judging from the comments, it seems like this is normal practice for them.

Talk about that poor service, I went to buy in stock the other day at Osman's and some other stores,littery no toilet for the shoppers, I was so pissed couldn't believe that 1000,s of people do they shopping there and not one shop had a toilet facility open, can't they all come together for an appropriate toilet facility for shopper's,some of us come from far to buy in our stock and still have to deal with this ,so disappointed

you guys have no idea what is it like to work in a retail store all cashiers can't be on duty some goes lunch and some are off those are humans too !! they need to eat and have off days if Yuu want to go to a store thats empty then go do yuur shopping at a super market or something and then customers wanna come with those lines " Customers are always right " not on my watch Yuu gonna wait in that line for yuur turn or go to another store retail workers are not yuur salves they also tryna make a living!!

The store manager stand and does nothing, there's a single till packer. Our people in the townships must just be happy with this mediocre service.
