A few times I had 1 week of meds 4 different times that came one box with the American cost. With my Aussie ($0.00) underneath cos I hit the meds spending threshold otherwise woulda been $6.55. I absolutely swallowed a thrown up one cos half a weeks worth cost the same as a small house😭 like wtf
