People selling/buying properties in Kenya should STOP DEPOSITING funds in Lawyer accounts. The funds should be deposited in an Escrow account managed by 3 parties, where the money is held until the transaction is completed and the bank only releases the funds minus lawyer fees to the seller! Lawyers in Kenya have joined the Jambazi System of government!
