Now live on App and Club sites (WU-54). 🔥⚽️ Organisation: 🔵 This technical warm up takes place in a 20 by 15-yard area and focuses on passing, movement, and intensity ahead of the session.  🔵 Two mannequin gates are created, with cones as an alternative if mannequins are unavailable, and players starting on the outside cones of each gate.  🔵 The player with the ball, 8, passes through the gate to 10, who bounces it back through the gate to 8. 8 then sets the ball around the outside of the mannequin for 10 to receive on the move, before playing a diagonal pass to 6, who repeats the sequence from the opposite side.  🔵 Players follow their pass to the next station to keep the exercise flowing continuously.
